The Colonial Christian Patriots lost against the Pinecrest Glades Academy Dragons back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Colonial Christian was the victim of a tough 69-44 loss at the hands of the Dragons. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Colonial Christian in their matchups with the Dragons: they've now lost six in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pinecrest Glades Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brandon Diaz, who scored eight points along with 15 assists and six rebounds. Diaz hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Emmanuel Negron was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with eight steals.
Colonial Christian dropped their record down to 3-12 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Pinecrest Glades Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
Colonial Christian will be playing at home against the at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Pinecrest Glades Academy, they will square off against the FALCONS at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
