Osceola had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the Palmer Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The Bulldogs have beaten the Tigers the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Tigers has come to flipping the script.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-11, 25-20.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Osceola will face off against Archangels Catholic on Tuesday. As for Palmer, they will challenge Nebraska Lutheran on Tuesday.
