Gage Pohlman Goes Supernova in Batesville Loss
While Batesville might've come up empty on Friday, Gage Pohlman wasn't going down without a fight. Franklin County had no answer to Pohlman as he rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Pohlman has become a key player for Batesville: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.
Franklin County's probably not too fond of Pohlman given he always seems to get the better of them. Pohlman picked up 137 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries the last time he and the Wildcats duked it out back in October of 2023.
