The Kehillah Rams gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They put the hurt on Design Tech with a sharp 53-30 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Kehillah also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Ittai Kohavi was on fire: he dropped a double-double on 28 points and 16 rebounds. Bodhi Gemello was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Nabhan Singh and Sam Karadashe certainly did their best on Monday to try and avoid the loss. Singh scored 11 points, while Karadashe scored 9 points. Karadashe scored a full 30% of Design Tech's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Kehillah's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Design Tech, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Kehillah will be playing at home against Jewish Community at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Design Tech's road trip will continue as they head out to face San Jose at 7:00 p.m. on December 6th.
