Faith Baptist put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Bethany Christian at home to the tune of 57-27. The result was nothing new for Faith Baptist, who have now won five matchups by 25 points or more so far this season.
Amy Ahrens was her usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 14 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 steals. The matchup was her sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Burton, who scored nine points along with eight steals.
Faith Baptist's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Bethany Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Rochester Hills Christian the next time they take the court. Bethany Christian will head out to face Rochester Hills Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Faith Baptist will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
