There's no place like home for Manchester, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They never let the Wilcox RVT Wildcats get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Saturday. That 11 run margin sets a new team best for the Red Hawks this season.

Manchester got a massive performance out of Nathan Jolly, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs Jolly has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Pj Ortiz, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Manchester always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .552. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Manchester moved to 6-11 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Wilcox RVT, their record is now 13-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manchester will head out to challenge East Hartford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wilcox RVT, they will venture away from home to take on Goodwin Tech at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
