Piedmont came out on top against South Stanly on Friday thanks in part to Jack Blakeslee's efforts. Blakeslee threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns, which was good enough to set a new career-high in passing touchdowns.

Coming up, Blakeslee and Piedmont will look to defend their home field on Friday against East Rowan at 7:00 p.m. The Mustangs will enter the matchup having just beaten Pine Lake Prep, so the Panthers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
