Chazy won the last time they faced Boquet Valley and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles blew past the Griffins 14-3. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Jack McAuliffe, who went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Zeke McLennan, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Chazy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Boquet Valley, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Chazy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Boquet Valley, they will venture away from home to face off against Bolton Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Griffins' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season.
