Madison was the 3-1 winner over El Camino when they last played one another back in May of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Madison Warhawks fell just short of the El Camino Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Warhawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Among those leading the charge was Nathanael Scharff, who had 26 assists. That's the most assists he has posted over his last six games.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for El Camino, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Coming up, Madison will welcome Orange Glen at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for El Camino, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against The Cambridge School on the 1st.
