Defeat or not, Hillwood got some senior leadership from Hale Page, who passed for 326 yards and 2 touchdowns, and Miller Baker, who caught passes for 163 yards and 2 touchdowns. Page has been a consistent playmaker for Hillwood as this was the 8th good game in a row from him.
Meanwhile, Hillsboro made easy work of Centennial and carried off a 33-7 victory. The success made it back-to-back wins for Hillsboro.
