Shakamak's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chase Hammond, who scored 13 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals. Hammond is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Elayni Stone, who scored 9 points along with 6 steals and 5 assists.
Shakamak's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Bloomfield, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
