 On the hitting side,  Ruth Rick made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 Leesville Road now  has a winning record of 3-2. As for Enloe, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 6-2.
 Leesville Road will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Broughton at 4:30  p.m.  on April 2nd.
