The Brownell Talbot Raiders will face off against the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Brownell Talbot will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
On Monday, Brownell Talbot made easy work of Boys Town  and carried off  a  3-0 win.

Brownell Talbot's success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Nya Ping, who  had eight  aces, and   Becky Hoban, who  had eight  digs and three  aces. Those  eight  aces gave  Ping a new career-high.  Savannah Sanger also deserves some recognition as  she  served her first  ace of the season.
 They weren't the only good servers: Brownell Talbot  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 28  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in eight consecutive  matches.
Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Ashland-Greenwood, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  victory over Seward  on Thursday.
 Ashland-Greenwood was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (104-103), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-23, 25-18, 18-25,  15-13.
 Brownell Talbot's win bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Ashland-Greenwood, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 21-7.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of  Tuesday's  contest:  Brownell Talbot has really dialed in their serving  this season,  having  averaged 8.7  aces per game. However, it's not like Ashland-Greenwood struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 8.4  aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
 Brownell Talbot suffered a grim  3-0 defeat to Ashland-Greenwood  when the teams last played  back in October of 2018. Can the Raiders avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
