Red Springs came into Friday's   contest looking for another win against East Columbus, but  Jaden Troy wouldn't allow it. The East Columbus Gators secured  a  47-41 W over the Red Springs Red Devils on Friday thanks in part to  Troy, who  posted 20  points and seven  rebounds. The  game was  his sixth in a row with at least ten points.
 The team also got some help courtesy of  Tymarion Baldwin, who  had nine points. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  rebounds (three).
The  win made it two in a row for East Columbus and  bumps their season record up to 4-4. As for Red Springs, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  at home.
 East Columbus will host East Bladen  at 7:30  p.m.  on December 20th. East Columbus is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.5  points per game  this season. As for Red Springs, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  42-35  loss against Lakewood on the 14th.
