Trent Hites and Conner Jones provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Shawnee. The connection was good for 84 yards, the longest such play in Western Buckeye this season.
Kenton's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Grant Sherman threw for 416 and 5 touchdowns and Justin Sawmiller had 288 yards receiving. On the ground Hites chipped in 13 yards. Jones helped Kenton's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 132 yards.
