In what's become a running theme this season, Tyler HEAT gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. Everything went their way against Dallas Thunder as Tyler HEAT made off with a 80-54 victory. Winning may never get old, but Tyler HEAT sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Jackson Tomlin was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 21 points and nine assists. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Waker Hartman, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Tyler HEAT is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 30-6 record this season. As for Dallas Thunder, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.
Tyler HEAT will head out on the road to face off against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Garrison will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 961st, while the are ranked 239th). As for Dallas Thunder, they will face off against the Warriors at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 last Thursday.
