Wayne had won 17 straight games dating back to last season and Jaycelyn Sammons did her part to make it 18 on Thursday. Everything went the Pioneers' way against the Chapmanville Regional Tigers as they made off with a 65-42 victory for which the team can thank Sammons, who posted 30 points in addition to seven rebounds and six steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Wayne's points.
