 Jayla Clayton was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  stolen base. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aubry Bailey, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Wewahitchka  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. That's a new  trend for them: they were averaging 5.1  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matchups they've averaged 8.8.
 Wewahitchka's win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 6-16. As for Sneads, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.
