The Crossings Christian Knights and the Millwood Falcons squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Crossings Christian Knights had to settle for second. Crossings Christian was dealt a 32-0 loss at the hands of Millwood. Having soared to a lofty 40 points in the game before, Crossings Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.
Nate Rouse threw for 66 yards on six of 13 attempts. Jake Robison was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards. On the ground, Jonah Neher rushed for 45 yards.
Crossings Christian's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Millwood, they have yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 10-1 record.
Crossings Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Millwood will take on Purcell at TBD on Friday. Purcell is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.
