Hammond relied on the efforts of Sara Yarnell, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 17 rebounds, and Nia Green, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten rebounds. Green hasn't dropped below three steals for eight straight games. Delani Thomas was another key contributor, scoring four points along with two steals.
Oakland Mills' loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Hammond, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0.
