Andrew Ludwig was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. Ludwig was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Norview will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Norfolk Collegiate at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
