Livermore has gone 9-1 against Dublin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Livermore's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over Amador Valley.
The result came thanks to Kaci Norton's shutout, as she gave up just a hit. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Sophia Gerochi, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Laine Macosky, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Caitlyn Carr was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3.
Livermore's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Dublin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
Dublin's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Thursday. Livermore has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Dublin, though, as they've been averaging only 2 strikeouts. Will Livermore keep running through batters, or will Dublin buck the trend?
Livermore skirted past Dublin 8-6 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Does Livermore have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dublin turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
