The Mid-Moore Christian Tornados stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Grayson Christian 72-34 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Mid-Moore Christian sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
T. Gaddis was his usual excellent self, scoring 19 points. Another player making a difference was J. Rivers, who scored 11 points.
Despite the loss, Grayson Christian still got an impressive performance from Treyvon Ballard, who scored nine points along with five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasper Rawlins, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Mid-Moore Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-1 record this season. As for Grayson Christian, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Mid-Moore Christian and Victory Baptist Academy will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 20th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Victory Baptist Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Friday. Grayson Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tournament Opponent at 3:15 p.m. on January 20th.
