The North Michigan Christian Academy Comets fell 46-36 to the Ellsworth Lancers on Friday. The Comets' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

North Michigan Christian Academy's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-4. As for Ellsworth, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

North Michigan Christian Academy and Ellsworth's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. North Michigan Christian Academy and Alanson (who has only given up 23.25 points per game) will meet at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
