Enumclaw moved up to 118 from 165 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A SPSL. The Hornets were able to make the jump by beating the Hornets 44-7.
Lakes suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after a 53-14 loss to Camas. The Lancers had been ranked 24th, but fell to 44 following the defeat.
Auburn Mountainview's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Domenic Rockey threw for 216 and one touchdown and Joey Cassano had 91 yards receiving. On the ground Ray Hardaway chipped in 116 yards. Devin Bryant helped Auburn Mountainview's passing attack out by catching seven balls for 73 yards.
Bryant made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Lions lost to Battle Ground. The 5-foot-9 senior recorded one fumble.
Auburn Mountainview's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Rockey has thrown for 829 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Kekoa Nahaku has 20 catches for 293 yards. Hardaway leads the league in rushing with 311 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Peninsula takes on Bonney Lake. At the moment, the Seahawks are in first, while the Panthers are in fifth.
Enumclaw made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,522 from 7,350. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 44-7 victory over Mark Gunderson's team last week.
