Crespi came out on top against Brophy College Prep by a score of 65-58. The win was nothing new for Crespi as they're now sitting on six straight.
Leading Crespi to victory were Joe Sterling and Peyton White. Sterling scored 22 points, while White scored 22 points along with six rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Sterling has scored at least 25% of Crespi's points. Another player making a difference was Carter Barnes, who scored eight points.
Crespi pushed their record up to 14-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Brophy College Prep, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-3 record this season.
Crespi and Dougherty Valley will round out the year against one another at 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday at. Brophy College Prep will be home for the holidays to greet Sunnyslope at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (Sunnyslope is ranked fifth, while Brophy College Prep is ranked second).
