O'Donnell has gone a perfect 7-0 against Seagraves recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. Seagraves took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on O'Donnell, who comes in off a win.

O'Donnell had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Petersburg on Saturday. Everything went O'Donnell's way against Petersburg as O'Donnell made off with a 12-5 win.

Willie Luera made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. Luera was even better at the plate, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3.

In other batting news, O'Donnell got a massive performance out of Jonathan Bolton, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Tristen Arthur, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

O'Donnell was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in seven consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Seagraves was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Sudan, falling 13-1. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Eagles couldn't push the score so high this time.

Seagraves' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for O'Donnell, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

O'Donnell was able to grind out a solid victory over Seagraves when the teams last played back in March of 2019, winning 10-5. Does O'Donnell have another victory up their sleeve, or will Seagraves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
