The Brownell Talbot Raiders won the last time they faced the Whiting Warriors, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Brownell Talbot blew past Whiting 54-13 at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-6.
Matt Schinzel was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 10 points along with 6 steals. Simon Lim was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 5 rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Brownell Talbot and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Whiting, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brownell Talbot will take on Arlington at TBD on Saturday. As for Whiting, they will be playing at home against Cornerstone Christian School on Saturday.
