The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Erie First Christian Academy in their matchups with Seneca: they've now lost four in a row.
Despite the defeat, Erie First Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Avery Collins scored 29 points along with five rebounds. That was a full 60.4% of Erie First Christian Academy's points, marking the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeovaun Taylor, who scored nine points.
Erie First Christian Academy's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-10. As for Seneca, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-9 record this season.

Girard presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Seneca in Pennsylvania (Girard is ranked 65th, while Seneca is ranked 524th).
