If Farragut wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Intrinsic, they should've done a better job of containing Ethan Miranda. The Mustangs came out on top against the Admirals by a score of 2-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Miranda, who had 17 digs and six aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Intrinsic easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-17.

Intrinsic's record is now 8-5. As for Farragut, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Intrinsic will welcome Kelvyn Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Farragut, they will challenge Spry Community Links at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Farragut is facing Spry Community Links at the right time seeing as Spry Community Links is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
