Waurika got themselves on the board against Caddo last Friday, but Caddo never followed suit. Waurika took the match and then some with a 48-0 victory over Caddo. That looming 48-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Waurika yet.
Meanwhile, Wilson were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They steamrollered Maud 54-6. Followers of Wilson probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.
Waurika didn't have too many spare points in their matchup with Wilson the last time the two teams met, but they still walked away with a 12-8 win. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
