Fort Myers's game  last Saturday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They blew past the Naples Golden Eagles 10-3. Considering the Green Wave have won eight contests by more than six  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Daciana Harvey made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits. Harvey was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Gianni Torres, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  doubles (two).  Faith Fazzone was another key player,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
Fort Myers pushed their record up to 13-5-1 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Naples,  they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Myers will welcome Immokalee  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Green Wave's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 8.3  runs per game this season. As for Naples, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gulf Coast  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Sharks will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something the Golden Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
