Layla Crickard made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Crickard was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Lilly Robinson was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ellie Fei, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
