If The Flinthills Mustangs were feeling good off their 64-14 takedown of the Yates Center Wildcats last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Flinthills was dealt a 58-12 defeat at the hands of Sedan on Saturday. Flinthills has struggled against Sedan recently, as their match on Saturday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Although Flinthills took the loss, they still got scores from Javin Weis and Wyatt Osborne.
Flinthills has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Sedan, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-5.
Flinthills will be playing at home against Madison/Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Madison/Hamilton is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Sedan, they will head out on the road to face off against Cair Paravel at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cair Paravel is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
