The Alice Coyotes were the 56-49 winner over the King Brahmas when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Alice took a hard 69-51 fall against the Brahmas on Tuesday.
Despite the loss, Alice still got an impressive performance from Alejandro Asevedo, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Ryan Ynfante was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven rebounds.
Alice's defeat dropped their record down to 19-10. As for King, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-13.
Alice will head out on the road to square off against the Badgers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bishop knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully the Coyotes like a good challenge. As for King, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Tuloso-Midway is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
