Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the South Hills Huskies, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of the Saints by a score of 3-2. It was the first time this season that South Hills let down their fans at home.
South Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-3. As for Adelanto, their win bumped their record up to 12-10-6.
South Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Adelanto, they will face off against Newbury Park at TBD on Friday. Adelanto's last six contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
