Trinkle scored a full 33.3% of Salem Baptist Christian's points, the tenth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Brandon Lloyd was another key contributor, scoring three points along with ten rebounds.
Salem Baptist Christian bumped their record down to 0-13 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Hickory Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 7-7.
