Riverbend has struggled against Courtland recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Riverbend still got an impressive performance from Nate Tyler, who scored 14 points along with 4 steals. Noah Jackson was another key contributor, scoring 5 points.
Riverbend's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Courtland, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
