Fans got a thrill when Camden Bauer and Tae'mon Franklin connected against Loyola Academy. The longest such play in Southwestern this season, the connection resulted in 81 yards.
Alton moved up to 235 from 334 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Redbirds were able to make move up by topping Cahokia 26-8.
