Germantown had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They blew past the Clinton Arrows 65-45. The Mavericks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Germantown pushed their record up to 11-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Clinton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Germantown will take on Booneville in a tournament on Saturday. As for Clinton, they will be home for the holidays to greet Pearl at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
