Ayomide Ogundipe Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Moon Valley got the W thanks in part to Ayomide Ogundipe playing the best football he has all season. Ogundipe's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 139 rushing yards dating back to last season.
The victory (which was Moon Valley's third in a row) raised their record to 3-2. Ogundipe and Moon Valley will head out on the road to face off against St. Mary's at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Miles Woods Leads Carl Hayden Community over Moon Valley
On Friday, Carl Hayden Community had to settle for second even though Miles Woods put up the best numbers he has all season. Woods rushed for 99 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 65 yards.
Carl Hayden Community's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. Woods and Carl Hayden Community will play host again on Friday to welcome Youngker, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Moon Valley Gets a Boost from Zuhri in 58-14 Victory
The second Moon Valley player making an appearance here is Jahvandre Zuhri, and for good reason. He rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
On the year, Zuhri has averaged 56.4 passing yards per game.

Tristen Ely Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Moon Valley got the W thanks in part to Tristen Ely playing the best football he has all season. Ely rushed for 43 yards and two touchdowns.
Carl Hayden Community's probably not too fond of Ely given he always seems to get the better of them. When Ely last faced the Falcons back in September of 2023, he rushed for 173 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.

Carlos Toscano Makes Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Carlos Toscano of Greenway. Toscano rushed for 165 yards. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 104 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Toscano is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Glendale on Friday. Toscano rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 37 receiving yards the last time he and the Cardinals duked it out back in October of 2023.
