Goshen had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.4 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 50-33 win over the Wilmington Hurricane. The Warriors pushed the score to 47-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Hurricane cut but never quite recovered from.

Goshen's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Wilmington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Goshen and Mt. Healthy will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wilmington, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on New Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
