Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pamlico County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tariq Barber, who scored 17 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Barber has scored at least 25% of Pamlico County's points. Another player making a difference was Braylen Ollison, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 assists.
The victory got Pamlico County back to even at 3-3. As for Havelock, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pamlico County will take on West Craven at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Craven is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for Havelock, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against New Bern at 8:00 p.m.
