Benson had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Willcox Cowboys. 12 seems to be a good number for the Bobcats as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Benson's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-9-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Willcox, they moved to 7-10-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
