On Saturday, Olympus was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 46-45 to Hurricane. Olympus has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Olympus' loss came despite strong showings from Joss Baker and Keily Trabanino. Baker dropped a double-double on 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Trabanino scored 16 points along with 3 steals. The contest was Baker's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Adee Shimoda, who scored 4 points.
Olympus' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hurricane, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympus will take on Cottonwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hurricane, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Enterprise at 7:00 p.m.
