Myrtle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 62-50 to the Delta Streets Academy Lions. On the bright side, the 50- point effort marked the Hawks' highest-scoring contest to date.

Myrtle's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Delta Streets Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Myrtle and Delta Streets Academy will both be playing Potts Camp the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Cardinals at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Hawks will host them at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
