Christopher Stimson was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 219 yards and four touchdowns on only 19 passes. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in August of 2024.
Despite the loss, Evangel Christian still got an impressive performance from Eli Black, who rushed for 139 yards and three scores while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 156 yards and one TD. Black showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 51 yards. A healthy portion of Black's aerial production (141 yards to be exact) went to Ben Davis.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arendell Parrott Academy will host Maryland School for the Deaf at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Evangel Christian, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against CSTHEA at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
