Winning is just a little bit easier when you outrebound your opponent 15 to 2 on the offensive boards, a fact the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans proved on Tuesday. They came out on top against Grace Academy by a score of 28-16. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Stephen's Episcopal.
Donnica Armstrong continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring eight points along with four steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristian Lovell, who scored no points along with six steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Grace Academy struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
St. Stephen's Episcopal is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Grace Academy, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.
