Kamiakin had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They claimed a resounding 67-39 win over the Richland Bombers. The Braves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 28 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Aubrey Herrin, who went 10 of 14 on her way to 22 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Emaunii Smith was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards.

Kamiakin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in six consecutive matches.

Kamiakin's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. As for Richland, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-9 record.
