Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rural Retreat). They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 46-19 win over the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Rural Retreat picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Eastern Montgomery, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Rural Retreat will venture away from home to square off against Bland County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Eastern Montgomery and Radford will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
